wellbutrin-prozac combo

Has anyone had good luck with a combination of wellbutrin and prozac? I am currently taking fluoxetine 40 mg and splitting a Wellbutrin XR is half and taking that-so Wellbutrin 75 mg. My appetite has decreased, and I have more energy-prozac made me sleepy and hungry. Is 75 mg enough for the combo? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
