Can one do anything to stop night sweats?

Hi all,
I am on 75 mg of Effexor and I also have pretty bad night sweats. It's ok when I sleep alone since it's only me that is soaking wet, but when I have someone else in the bed, it's a bit embarressing. It's bad enough that sometimes I have to change my clothes in the middle of the night. I am very happy on Effexor and since this is a minor side effect compared to some, I was wondering if there is anything I can take/do to diminish this problem. If not, that's ok too, but if I can lessen this that would be great.
