unused meds (effexor XR, Buspirone, etc.)

I have a bunch of unused Effexor XR from when I went off of it a while ago, as well as some Buspirone and even a tiny bit of Zyprexa (which I was prescribed because of a very bad FXR withdrawal experience). I imagine it's illegal to give them to somebody else, but does anybody know if there's any legal way to pass them on, via a clinic or something? I remember the bank-breaking checks I wrote to stay on Effexor when I was unemployed and I wish I could help somebody else out instead of throwing them away.
