I've got OCD, so that tends to distract me in class...but again, it's not ADD. Provigil has helped with fatigue, but tends to make me overly talkative...I've also noticed that I'm often clenching my jaw. I took Adderall on two separate occasions, and again it made me confident and very talkative...but I noticed that it made me more compulsive than I usually am. For some strange reason though, the compulsions were manageable...so I don't know whether or not it's safe to say the addition of a stimulant would help my situation. Probably not...sorry I couldn't be of much help.
