I know its tough with no Insurance and NO "formal diagnosis".

May I suggest a little more time to allow the
"backlash" of the Effexor to wear off...and let your body return to a more normal state?

Others have posted that it takes weeks and sometimes MONTHS to feel more normal again after Effexor.

Dont be so hard on yourself...take your aggression out in the Gym or outdoors by walking or running...and let your body come back into
balance over time.
I know its easier said than done...but I am right there with you. I too have weened down to
37 mg a day...and feel better than I did at 150mg
