How to prevent poop out ? Focus on Amisulpride

I have not started taking Amisulpride yet. But I got the impression that, when used daily, it works for 2 months or up to 4 or 5 and then poops out.Any ideas how to prevent this?

I already considered taking it for 3 weeks then 1 week drug free and then resume it over again and so on....
