Mine didn't go away. I have read posts that BuSpar helped others with this side effect on Prozac. BuSpar didn't help with other SSRI'sthat I have seen. Of course, there is wellbutrin and remeron that seem to help some with the sexual side effects. Wellbutrin is very activating and Remeron tends to to be sedating.
