hi there, i was commenting on it being a mix of melatonin and serotonin, and if you have tried SSRIs with little success, then taking this product might hurt more than hinder. also, i am *personally* wary of non-regulated supplements, but that is my personal bias. perhaps straight-up melatonin would be more to your liking? the combo you mention might not have the desired effects and recall that the serotonon/melatonin neurotransmitter levels are coupled, so be wary....i defer to others with more experience with supplements such as these, especially the serotonin+melatonin ones....apologies for the confusion, and all the best, chemist

I also think that I don't get a good night's sleep usually and was already looking into Melatonin. I've also gained an extreme amount of weight being on SSRIs. This product claims to help with all of those things because it boosts both serotonin and melatonin levels. Any thoughts?
