Help info on wellbutrin/skin issues... any experts

Posted by seti on May 17, 2004, at 23:52:49

Hi all. I currently take 150mg of effexor xr. I started taking wellbutrin sr 100mg in addition to the effexor 10 days ago. Today I seem to have some small patches of skin irritation (slightly bumby, itchy skin) on my leg and arm. I guess you would call it a rash. I know from what I have read many of you will say to stop taking and call doctor. I am upset because this stuff is starting to work. I have had more energy and my appetite has been less than normal. My question is... why do I have to stop taking? Will some minor skin irritation kill me? I have lived with far worse side affects from medicines. Any info anyone has would be appreciated. Thanks!
