Try a half and half mix for a while. 10 zyprexa with 10 abilify. You might even be able to do the switch right away. One night if he can't sleep take less abilify or none and more zyprexa. I found it would help to take no abilify for a day, then I would feel better the next day on abilify. I was taking a mix the whole time.
