I am a smoker, and noticed not a single bit of an anti nicotine craving effect from Amantadine.
Memantine did a lot. I even forgot to dring my coffee after lunch (very very unusual), much decreased need to smoke etc. Thats one of the few positive things I can say about Memantine.
