Hi
I've been on Zoloft over 2 years now. All of my stuff started with social anxiety, and evolved into some kind of undiagnosis of BP/ADD/whatever. Anyway, when I take 200 Zoloft (instead of 100 or 150 which I've switched between), I get too emotional and stressed. My ex-girlfriend took it and she felt more sad and distressed. Although at 100mg it works great for me. Pay attention to your thoughts and write them down. I feel... (blah blah)
If you actually go into detail on yourself, you can pinpoint what the feeling is caused by, or just the feeling itself without any others confusing you. If it's pure anxiety, that doesn't make too much sense unless you were severely paranoid and anxious before you started it.
I guess my Q is, has it helped at all? If so, you should consider lowering it back down. It's a pretty reliable AD, for me especially. But my anxiety is still bothering me (or resurfaced) and I have to go to MAOI now. Ugh. My last strain is MAOI or Abilify. Done all the others.
Good luck write back.
Take care
