I'm on generic Tegretol, now up to 800mg daily, and it helps fight my anxiety and anger. Indeed, it does. Though, what I have noticed, is that I'm worse if I take Tegretol, then skip a dose, than if I never took it at all. A missed dosage leaves me with NO patience or ability to cope with anything. I'm a hodgepodge of different disorders with nothing taking center stage.
