> Linkadge...and also antagonist of 5-HT_{2}, D_{1}, D_{2}, adrenergic receptors alpha_{1} and alpha_{2}, and histaminergic H_{1}.....as to whether the receptor in question is before the synapse or on the other side of the endplate of the axon, it would appear that the issue here is broad-specturm antagonism and not interuppting a nerve impulse, hence pre- or post- ought not to matter......if anyone else can shed light on my (admittedly) questionable answer, please do....all the best, chemist
