If 2 mg twice daily of clonazepam is working, why change it? Do you have any morning problems with the Adderall XR taking too long to kick in?
Barbiturates are known to cause massive enzyme induction in the liver, so the concentrations of your other drugs may fall a lot (well, any that are hepatically eliminated). If clonazepam is working, why change to something that is more dangerous, subject to pharmacokinetic interactions with other drugs and possibly less effective?
