Well, there's 3 forms, the immideate release, the SR form, and XL form.

The one that lasts all day is XL, but it releases at specific times, about 4 hours apart. I usally take mine at about 7:45, takes effect about 8:00, then i can slightly feel it releas again at about 11:50-12:00 in the after noon, then the last release is at about 3:45. Say you take 300mg XL, only 100mg release at those desinated times.

SR form is a twice a day deal, it release twice, but dosent last all day. Have to take another some time during hte day, but ive never took that form so, dont know much.

Finally the Orignal Immideate release form, take these 3 times a day, there just 1 pill with about 100mg that releases all at once, no time release crap. Take it 3 times a day.

So theres you some holy info. Have any other questions, post back.

But in general they all relases 100mg at certain times, not really slow releaseing, just time designated.
