Congratulations! Lamictal is a very special drug (for me too.) What may be happening is the side effect of hypomania when beginning the drug. It is a known side effect. Just be careful as you will probably even out eventually and I would not want that to be too hard (i.e. missing the mania that you're feeling now.)
Nevertheless, way to go! Feeling good feels pretty good, doesn't it? :P
