Use what ever song is stimulating to you, not relaxing, stimulating.
I've gone crazy from not sleeping on dexedrine, even after it wore off, it keeps your brain waves in Alpha State, being moderalty awake. The music would really give it a piece of its own medicine by going all the way up to Beta state, the max state of awakeness. Staying in that state for about 30-60min will defiently lower your brain waves because they are exhausted, and may put you to sleep.
Acually any song that gives you a sense of euphoria , can be used. Euphoria stimulates some dopamine which increase brain waves to Beta state, then you crash down to delta state.
Peaceful music does calm your mind, but it is not effective in reducing brain signals from psychostimuants, because the brain is being stubborn, and staying in alpha state.
Ask me any more quest. if needed
