How long before my Wellbutrin starts working?

I've started out on 50 mg Wellbutrin 5 days ago and going up to 100 mg in 2 more days. (I'm also decreasing my lexapro and my trileptal...so that in 6 weeks I will make a total switch to wellbutrin and also we will add lamictal).

I'm feeling pretty bad, in a depression, and am really waiting for some improvement. When I started lexapro I noticed positive effects within 48 hours. Not so with Wellbutrin, and am wondering how long it took for any of you to feel any positive effects and what those effects first felt like, so I will know what I am looking for.
