hi all, from chemist....memantine is on my radar in one of my research areas....no surprise that it is a ``holiday pill'' in that it is an anti-parkinsonian derivative of adamantine, which binds quite nicely to neuronal nicotine receptors and also initiates dopamine cascade, as the stimulants do.....all the best, chemist
