I have a reference indicating that Marplan is slightly more sedating than Nardil but has slightly less sexual dysfunction. Marplan is no longer available in the US; where are you located?
I wouldn't bother with Zoloft if Luvox and Lexapro weren't that efficacious. Effexor might be somewhat more effective, but probably not enough for your needs, and it is also noted for sexual dysfunction (delayed orgasm) and withdrawal problems.
