Schizoaffective disorder is kind of in-between schizophrenia and bipolar I disorder. If I remember correctly, to have schizoaffective disorder you have to have mood episodes at times when you are free of hallucinations and delusions which are not mood-consistent. Generally, people with schizoaffective disorder need mood stabilisers and antipsychotics, and maybe antidepressants. Have you been naturally high (manic episode) or low (major depressive episode) as well as having the beliefs about dying in 2002?
