Thanks. I already take klonopin...I tried Inderal, cogentin, and Benadryl. I don't even know why my doc would suggest Atarax. With Benadryl, I bought the children's liquid and took 1mg (instead of the normal adult dose of 25mg) and still got knocked out for 12 to 18 hours. I have hypersomnia. I wish instead of anti-histamines, there were pro-histamines...that would not help the akathisia but it might wake me up.
