I guess the real issue is whether you need meds at all. Remember, these are potent drugs with real side effects, and have only been shown in clinical studies to treat those with MDD (major depressive disorder). This is not in any way meant to discount your current discomfort, but, before you go down the road of meds, have you really exhausted all other methods of treatment? Also, if you are already using Remeron at low dose(15 mg), why not consider pushing up the dosage of that, as it is always better to be on a minumum of meds (1 vs. 2)?
