hi all, chemist here.....advice to keep ALL meds out of your bathroom is number one. avoid light, heat, and loisture. freezer/fridge is an alternative IF - and only IF - you have some meds that you might take a year from now. problem is, there is water (vapor) in the bottle. aside from evacuating with nitrogen and sealing with parafilm, expect some hydrolysis, i.e., degradation. best overall bet: use (in US) saran wrap (clingy sheer for wrapping food) around cap and bottle, store away from heat and light and children (high up in kitchen, away from stove/oven or in bedroom drawer) and you are good for a year - at *least*....all the best, chemist
