My sister has depression and OCD (as well as me).
Prozac seemed to knock her depression away, but not the OCD...she just added Anafranil 25mg.

I wouldn't worry about various receptor bindings etc. Some drugs which have no justification for treating OCD (as prescribed by the 5HT theory) can wipe it out in some folk.
