My sister has depression and OCD (as well as me).
Prozac seemed to knock her depression away, but not the OCD...she just added Anafranil 25mg.I wouldn't worry about various receptor bindings etc. Some drugs which have no justification for treating OCD (as prescribed by the 5HT theory) can wipe it out in some folk.
