Hi ...... I took your advice and talked to my doctor about Remeron, I started me first dose 2 night ago and stopped the zopiclone. The nausea is killing me and the morning hangovers. I'm sure like all meds it will go away in a few weeks. The dosage she put my on is 15 mg at night. I still take 225 mg of effexor. I had a bad weekend so I figured it was time to try something new. Keeping my fingers crossed.
