As far as atypical meds there are also few that actually have pro-sexual effects:
1. Selegiline (Deprenyl) - MAOi-b ; dopaminergic
2. Amineptine (Survector) - hardly obtainable ; dopamine-reuptake inhibitor
3. Xyrem (GHB) - very pronounced pro-sexual effect, although it is not yet used _officially_ as a treatment for depression (although it has been used for the last 30+ years in Europe)
