New...need some feedback on LEx

I got put on Lexapro today, a really, really low dose. Just started today and am a little anxious (duh! that's why I am taking it) about the side efffects. I already feel sort of "floaty" and it's been a half a day but maybe it's psychosomatic at this stage...what can I expect? i am doing my Ph.D and put in long hours, how will this affect my studies?
