Have you ever tried dextroamphetamine (Dexedrine)? It has less peripheral side effects than mixed amphetamine salts (Adderall) and is often described as having a calming effect. A lot of people here have said that a stimulant and clonazepam (Klonopin) worked wonders for their social phobia.
