I don't think there are any severely adverse reactions that emerge from combining these drugs. I have been on high dosages of Parnate and imipramine at the same time. Imipramine is a fairly potent anticholinergic drug. It is worth recognizing that an anticholinergic drug can make worse some of the side effects of the MAOIs, particularly with Nardil.
