Oh gosh, Ace, I wish you wouldn't generalize like that...I have what one would call a VERY broken brain, and CBT works WONDERS for me. It certainly hasn't cured me, but without it's techniques, I couldn't make it through a single day. I'm sorry it didn't help you, but it just might help others, ya know?
