Paxil & Luvox are the worst for side effects, Lexapro probably has the least side effects, Prozac is the easiest to quit & the SSRI most likely to be helpfull is Zoloft. They all have sexual side effects to some degree as it seems to be a byproduct of increased serotonin. Wellbutrin & Remeron can counter those side effect when added to an effective SSRI, choose Wellbutrin if you need something stimulating, Remeron if you are having sleep troubles. I take Effexor & Remeron, I'd probably take Wellbutrin too, but I can't get it here.
