> I'm curious which of the SSRI's has the least amount of side effects? The main ones I've tried are Luvox, Paxil, and Prozac. Paxil had strong sexual side-effects. Luvox made me want to sleep a lot. Prozac also had sexual side-effects, though not as bad.

>Paxil & Luvox are the worst for side effects, Lexapro probably has the least side effects, Prozac is the easiest to quit & the SSRI most likely to be helpfull is Zoloft. They all have sexual side effects to some degree as it seems to be a byproduct of increased serotonin. Wellbutrin & Remeron can counter those side effect when added to an effective SSRI, choose Wellbutrin if you need something stimulating, Remeron if you are having sleep troubles. I take Effexor & Remeron, I'd probably take Wellbutrin too, but I can't get it here.
