Can I quit Topamax, Risperdal and Lexapro Cold??

Desperate to make a change - I have a Dr appointment Friday but I don't think I can make it that long. I am currently on 200 mg topomax (about 3 weeks at this level) .5mg risperdal(about 3 weeks total) and 10 mg lexapro (about 2 1/2 months) can I quit these med's cold turkey?
I feel horrible - like I am just coming out of anestesia - I can't think clearly, I can't see clearly. I am longing for just being depressed.

Please Please give me your inputs on this - I am truly desperate.
