off Celexa and on Lexepro

I had been of the Celexa about a month when I began to have EXTREME aggitation, akesthesia and insomminia. My doc put me on 10mgm of Lexepro and things have evened out.
However -- I gained five poundsin a week! Anyone care to speculate which is worse for weight gain -- Lexepro or Celexa?
Also, can I substitute one for the other?
