I've been on Lexapro about two years, no weight loss. I didn't notice a speedy feeling either. I do tend to obsess about men, but I always did that. Actually, I ruminate much, much less than I used to, now that I am on meds, not sure if that is because of the meds or the therapy, or I am just sick of the drama.

However, I do know someone who said he felt a bit speedy on Lex, but he only tried it for a month or so, and he said it only happened for a few minutes a day. Then he said he started feeling better anyway and decided he didn't need anything.

Well, that is just anecdotal stuff from my own life and friend's life.
