lamictal questions

Posted by linnette on April 12, 2004, at 12:09:28

I haven't posted for a while now.. Partly because I am pretty stable now on 200 mg lamictal, along with 100 mg zoloft.

I have been on the lamictal since September of 2003, and gradually worked my way up and thru all the side effects, but I can say it has been worth it.

I still have a little bit of agitation, but that is not the reason for my post. Has anyone out there had a problem with just general skin sensitivity, that is, my skin gets abrased real easy and if I have an itch or something and scratch, the skin is real easy to scrape the skin off...it heals of course, but it is just an annoyance, and I am hoping it isn't a sign of another problem, as the lamictal can cause some skin issues..

I surely don't want to quit the lamictal, and this may be something I just have to put up with with. Any feedback would be great.
