Low doses of Trileptal? Success?

Anyone out there benefit on low doses of Trileptal? Im at 300mg and considering upping it. feel a little down so started the Lamictal now at 50mg and am agitated and tearful. I also take 25mg of Seroquel for sleep.
any comments on success at 300mg?
