I've experienced a fall in mood with the onset of winter whilst on SSRIs, necessitating dose increases. For example, on Paxil, the dose had to go from 40 to 60 to 80. Trouble is, the anorgasmia and sedation become real problems and I never developed tolerance to these like I did to the mood-elevating effect.
