I have found that 2mg of Stelazine (Trifluoperazine) mildly helps my terrible depressive anxiety that I used to get. I used to take that on an "as needed" basis. Now I take it everyday, and it does help.
Trouble is, its action is only mild, and upping the dose makes me very apathetic and can make my depression worse.
I want to try an Atypical anti-psychotic, such as Amisulpride or Zyprexa, but my stupid doctor refuses to prescribe me any, even though my Psychiatrist has wrote to him. I think my Psychiatrist is just going to prescribe it to me in the future.
