Hi witzkey:
In my understanding, Lexapro is 'refined form of Celexa' that is one of potent SSRIs.
In my case, those potent SSRIs does not suit to the chemical of my brain,.... simply my system is 'intolerable' to SSRIs, although some of potent SSRIs have more efficacy or as similar as Serzone.
Then, if there is/are any 'unfortunate' history/incidents regarding any of SSRIs, such as Zoloft, Effexor and more to list, ... then this med. 'Lexapro' might NOT be a good choice.
Serzone is an unique AD med., thus plain frankly, it might NOT be easy to find the alternative to Serzone.
