AD's making it worse???Help!!!!

Ads make everything worse.I went up to 20mg lexapro 3days ago.i drink about 5 beers last night because i started having anxiety attacks and mental confusion.today i feel like crap and not to anything.I am also no longer interested in sex or flirt with women which is very usually for me.What do i do?
