Caffiene Pills to help AD drowsiness?????

I have found some help with over the counter caffiene pills to help the unbearable drowsiness that ADs cause. It is hard to go through the day always yawning, and rolling my eyes back in my head. Has anybody had a similiar experience or tried NO Doz or Vivarin
