I've just been looking around the UK NHS website at the list of drugs you can get in the UK.

I found a page where it says Librium, Rivotril, Valium, Ativan & Serenid are available on the UK NHS for anxiety.

I think I would be doctor shoping for someone who is less benzophobic because short term they can allow you to try alot of different AD's & mood stabilizers & long term they are still the best option for some people.
