Social anxiety/phobia is early psychosis?

Hi.
Treatment with my previous psychitrist failed to overcome my social phobia symptoms. So, I asked my family doctor to get a referral to a new psychitrist near town. I finally got a message from one, and it says it is early psychosis program. However, doesn't psychosis mean hearing voices, hullucinations, and so on? I'm kind of freaked out when it said early psychosis program.
Does anyone know about this or have an experience with it if you've had anxiety problem?
