One comment - could be the taruine, or could be some of the other things kicking in after a delay. They always say some meds take weeks to produce "results." Don't know if there was any overlap during the options you mentioned... just a thought.

One question - wondering how much - of each - of the B-vitamins & taruine you were/are taking (e.g.: Xmg twice a day, etc.)?

One last comment - if it works, go with it! And hope it continues! Congrat's, & hope it lasts.

> Hi everyone. I just wanted to ask if anyone has had similar success with taurine in the manner that I have. My little story goes as follows:
>
> I first started taking Adderall about 8 months ago. I am up to about 80mg a day of the stuff and yet still feel depressed a lot of the time. Due to this I went to see a Naturopath doctor who told me to get on this weird vitamin regiment (high B vitamin dosage, extremely high B12) and 5-HTP. This still did not completely cure how I was feeling. I assumed that I would just feel like this the rest of my life and to deal with it. Then I started taking Taurine. Granted it was in the form of an energy drink (Jones Energy) but I feel the best I have since before I can remember.
