Hey Rainee

I'm on Topo too. I started really slowly too. What side effects are you having? Apparently some people only need 50mgs a day to stablize their mood. Depending on what your taking it for. My doc says you can also take you're full dose at night before you go to bed so you sleep through your side effects. Something you might talk to your doc about.
