Yeah, I know what you mean... but among the people I know, I seem to be a bit of an anomaly -- everyone else at the very least gets a little paranoid on pot, and some of them just plain can't handle it because it gives them such horrible anxiety attacks. I, on the other hand, seem to respond extremely favorably to pot, which causes me to wonder if I have some sort of deficiency in my endogenous cannabinoid system. Whatever, though -- the meds I'm on right now are working far beyond my wildest expectations, so I'm happy as is. I'm just seeing this legalization of medical cannabis as the first step in complete decriminalization, and then probably legalization (especially considering it will be available at every Walgreens, Rite-Aid, Eckerd, CVS, or whatever pharmacies it is you guys have up there! :-) And of course, with Canada (as usual) surpassing the U.S. in yet another regard, it shouldn't be long before we Yanks are forced to change the laws too.
I saw this MTV News special on marijuana a while back, and I was surprised to see all the out-in-the-open pot bars that they featured in Vancouver... my god, you people are so lucky, lol.
