Best for PMDD

Hey Ya'll,
I got depression brought on by a birth control pill (Allese- 28 is evil). I wanted to ask you all with this wonderful PMDD what seems best to help you with it. I am currently on day 3 of 20mgs of lexapro, have been on 10mg for like 2 1/2 months. Do you know the best meds, vitamins, therapy for it. I swear I would kiss pink elephants if I could have a good PMS!!!
