You will probably have to increase to 30-40mg a day divided in 2 doses, taking the second dose no later than 2 in the afternoon (to help avoid insomnia---which for most is inevitable) At the higher dose you can generally expect a rapid increase in motivation, and rapid decrease in depression-- at least for me, the depression lifted almost immediately...it took a few weeks for my social phobia to improve.
FWIW, I think Nardil is a superior med for mixed depression/anxiety/phobic anxiety
